Reduce waste, increase joy, make a change. Join the pocket spoon revolution!
Carry your own spoon in your pocket, and you will never need to use a piece of disposable plastic cutlery ever again.
JoJo Wood is the acknowledged master of the pocket spoon, having spent the past 6 years carving and perfecting them (since way before they were cool!). Now she is spreading the movement. In this two day class, participants will learn everything there is to know about the humble pocket spoon, perfecting all the axe and knife skills you need to fill your friends' & family's pockets with their own wooden spoons.
This course is ideal for people who have some spoon carving experience and are looking to push themselves forwards. Bring a sharp hatchet or small axe, a straight knife, and a hook (or spoon) knife.
Having taught from the age of 18 and carved her whole life, JoJo has developed a unique carving method, highlighting efficiency and technique.
